Where’s Waldo??? And Lauri…

So…I’ve been a bit M.I.A. since mid-summer.  I suppose I hit a Blogger Burnout phase.  While it may not have appeared on this lame site that I was doing much, there was a lot going on behind the scenes.  I jumped into this arena with absolutely ZERO knowledge of what I was doing and got my feet wet for a few months.  I loved it and so I decided to take a step back and really get to know the ropes about how all of this works and then start writing again.

It’s seems like poetic timing that I am ramping back up again just as the new year is about to begin.  Eh, you’re right.  That is bullshit.  It is merely because I am finally taking a few days off from my real job and my creative brain cells are actually regenerating.  However, I will totally use the turn of the year as an excuse to make a clean start of things!  Expect to see me again regularly in 2011!

We did the whole ‘soft approach’ where we…

Physics 101: The Law of Opposites

Today is my anniversary (thank you, thank you, please hold your applause until the end).  My husband and I seem like a very unlikely couple.  We are like Beauty and the Beast.  He is the Beauty, I am the Beast.  OK, not really but on my very bloated, insecure days I do feel this way. …
